Children of Tull
The once proud country of Tull is no more. The centuries of warfare between the nations of Tel-doran and Asaer ravaged much of the surrounding land, but none so much as Tull. The great armies on both sides of the conflict marched through the countryside leaving behind barren fields and valleys scarred by battle. Slowly the people were purged from the land and a country of battlefields and small communities of people too young, too old, too poor, or too sick to leave. Eventually a peace was struck with the help of the ever opportunistic Peldramn. Tel-doran and Asaer would both return to their respective corners of the region, Asaer paying a small war tax to Tel-doran while itself claiming a small portion of eastern Tull. Meanwhile, Peldramn would annex Tull with the intention of providing forces that would patrol the region to "protect" each against the other. Additionally Peldramn would act as a neutral trading partner able to buy and sell goods in both nations. This provided a way for both countries to expand their trade to other sections of the world while not having to come in contact with the other.
In practice Peldramn became the controlling force of the region. Peldramn created the first Hellknight fortress to act as a training facility for the Tullish Warder patrols. This fortress eventually gave rise to a number of separate orders, each attempting to provide "order" to the region.
